Orders are freshly prepared, requiring 24–48 hours for processing and delivery.

Yes, we provide free delivery for orders above AED 100. Orders below AED 100 incur a AED 15 delivery fee.

Due to the fresh, handcrafted nature of our desserts, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after an order is placed, as production begins immediately.

Delivery occurs within the selected time slot:
- Dubai: 6:00 AM–9:00 AM, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, 12:00 PM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Abu Dhabi: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, RAK: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Al Ain & Al Ghadeer: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
